Muddy Run Presbyterian Church, the "Old Log Church." 1st interment inscription on tombstone is William Duncan, 1744... born 1744 in Scotland & died 1836 in Cornerville, Maury County, TN. He married (1) ISABELLA. She was born 1750 in Scotland, & died in North Carolina. He married (2) PATSY WEST, married 1779.
William Duncan died in 1836, Marshall Co, TN, believed to be buried in the walled enclosure
on the old Duncan Farm, Lewisburg, TN
