Your inquiry might seem simple to you & others, but it is not. In order for anyone to provide an appropriate reply, you'll need to provide--to the best approximation & lowest jurisdiction you can--a precise name, place, year of event, etc.

Depending on the era, getting copies of birth, death and marriage certificates for some of your German ancest[o]rs may or may not even be possible.

What will you find in the documentation? It varies, but you certainly normally would not find siblings in particular. However, these are usually obtainable from some other sources, such as the parish registers.

To actually obtain one data, document or image, that usually requires you to be willing to pay a minimum $100--IF we can easily obtain online what you seek.
