If you are seeking information on a particular surname have a look for a group devoted to that surname.... if there is not one consider setting up a group....it's not an arduous task. Try using the Site Search on the Top Right Hand side of the page to find references to your surnames.

Hi Bob, I have searched all the usual web sites for uk and aust
I've looked at the convicts and there is one fairly close but cannot confirm it his wife/partner was Ann McKay born abt 1830 Tobermoray father John McKay but have not found anything on either of them except for the death certificate of Ann who died in Melbourne

My Croswell family is my brick wall. I have been able to find much on my gg grandfather John Robert or Robert John born abt 1828 Newcastle upon Tyne Northumberland nothing found on this but he had a son born Indigo Chiltern Victoria in 1861 would love to hear rom anyone who is searching this family
