My great-great-grandfather Adam William Baker was born 2 Feb 1834 in Shenandoah Co., VA. His father may have been Daniel Baker, son of Adam G. Baker and Esther Longenecker of Shenandoah Co. Daniel's first wife was Charlotte Drummond and his second Sarah. I've been unable to document Charlotte's death and Daniel's marriage to Sarah.

Daniel moved his family to Licking County, OH, where he died 11 Aug 1887. I've been unable to document a relationship between him and my great-great-grandfather.

Adam W. married Elizabeth Victoria Speaker 27 June 1854 in Licking Co., VA. They moved to Van Wert Co. where their five sons were born.

Riley L. Baker, born Mary 1860, married Ida Straher

Stephen Adam Baker, born 12 June 1865, married Cora Maude Hamilton and moved to Jackson Co., MI.
