Newbie needs help with the Barnett line.
Hi, all. I'm very new at this and so far have depended on others' family trees, often unsourced. I'm 100% certain through my great-grandmother. Here's what I know for sure:
My father: William Clayton Barnett (B: 8/4/1921, Harlan, KY; D: 5/3/1975, Cincinnati, OH)
His siblings: Mabel, Veda, James Foster, John Louis (ALWAYS called Johnny in the family), and Lois (all deceased).
His parents: Logan Barnett (B: 6/4/1880, KY?; D: 8/7/1930, Dayton, OH) and Rachel (Elizabeth?) Minton (B: 2/29/1893 [officially 1 March], New Tazewell, TN; D: 12/24/1992, Somerset, KY).
Logan Barnett's parents were: William (C? J?) Barnett (B: 3/3/1858, Pulaski Co., KY; D: 3/26/1935, Harlan, KY) and Sarah Elizabeth Silvers (B: 11/29/1856, Pulaski Co., KY; D: 7/11/1925, Harlan, KY). I'm not entirely sure about Logan's father, though I'm fairly confident.
I think that W C Barnett's father was Samuel Aylen Barnett, who was a son of William Aylen Barnett, who was a son of William Graves Barnett.
Does anyone's research verify/correct my line as I have it? Any information would be appreciated.

I have Samuel Clayton Barnett m. Cisely Jane Lewis as the son of William Aylen Barnett who was the son of William Graves Barnett, who was the son of Thomas Barnett, who was the son of John, who was the son of William Barnett. Now, I have Logan like this (from William Aylen and Hannah Heath Barnett)
Sampson Allen (Alyen) and Elizabeth S. Neely Barnett, Sampson was born 1829, (prob Pulaski), KY, d. bef. 1865
William C. J. Barnett, b. 3 March 1858, Pulaski, KY, m. 7 Sept 1879, Pulaski, KY Sarah Silvers
Logan Barnett, b. 4 June 1880, Pulaski, KY, d. 7 August 1930.
I did not have anything further on Logan nor his line, so am very pleased to meet you, Cousin. I'm happy to share info.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I wasn't sure about Samuel Aylen--I kept seeing Samuel Clayton-Cisely Lewis, but they didn't lead my direction. Sampson it is! Now, John the father of Thomas is the John who married Katherine/Catherine Farrar, correct?
