I am curious. Are you talking about the Bass Family from London, then Virginia and then North Carolina and Tennessee? The family related to Robin the Elder, King of the Nansemond Tribe of Virginia? If so, then I am related.

No Samuel Bass was an immigrant to Massachusetts. Your ancestor sounds way more interesting. I am so boringly British/New England Puritan; it's not even funny.

What part of England was your Bass from?

I believe he was from Saffron Walden, Essex, England based on Great Migration information.

I believe I am realted to your line, but cannot find Needham Bass', abt 1794 to 1870, Father and Mother. Would you show him in any records/sources you know of?

I don't have a Needham Bass in my tree. Do you have a location to go with your dates? Even a general one might help.

The Great Migration project says Saffron Walden, Essex, England. I don't have more than that.
