Caribbean Genealogy Journal

I have checked the web and discovered that there is no journal dedicated to the Caribbean region. 

Anybody out there interested in being a part o creating such a journal-one that will attempt to publish serious work on family , local and regional histories.

We know more about the US and Europe than the Caribbean.
