Finding ancestral relations by DNA

Have you ever wondered where your ancestors came from?  You can test through a father's line for relatives living now and by comparing results from all the others of your surname where you are most likely to have come from.  I'm looking for CURD relatives as the Rye, England CURDs can't go back before a marriage in 1739.  The indications are coming back that we (the RYE family) are on the outskirts of the family DNA as too are the Canterbury CURD family.

If you know any Curds out there please let them know I'm waiting for them to contact me from the Chatham, Maidstone or Tunbridge areas and would be delighted if they would join my DNA project.
