Comment by Randall Stackhouse on June 5, 2010 at 5:04pm: I found information that David Whelpey born 1730 (son of Jonathan Whelpley & Martha Penoyer) married Ann Ferris. The family was established in Fairfield County of Conn. from 1640 to 1780. This family was on the Revolutionary side during the war. I am not sure what connection this family had to my Ferris family other then they were on the same side. I would love to know who Ann Ferris parents were?
