Descendants of Richard Allen and Mary Ann (McCann) Card in Fitchburg, Mass.

Hello,

I am researching the McCann family of Hants County, Nova Scotia.  Mary Ann McCann married Richard Allen Card in 1854 in Newport, NS.  The marriage bond was signed by William McCann and Cotnam Blackburn (whose wife was Sarah McCann so it appears that she is related to "MY" McCann family)They had several children including Eli, Ann, Wilhemina, William, George & Mary Jane.

Eli, George and a couple of daughters lived in Fitchburg.  Eli appears to have been a farmhand who travelled back and forth between Fitchburg and Burlington, Hants County, NS regularly each year.

Richard died in 1899 and Mary Ann died in 1910.  Her obit (attached) says she moved to Fitchburg 11 years before her death to live with her daughters.  She died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Irving Kendall on Wachusett Street.

I am looking for information on what records might be available for Mary Ann and her children and for living descendants so I can contact them to find out if they have further information.
