Fletchers from Lancaster(Lancashire?)

Hi all-

So, we have our Fletchers back to England, finally, but how do I go about researching them in Lancaster? I'm not sure where to start, and I'm sure there were many Samuel Fletchers, ours traveled with 3 brothers to MA in the 1740s(approx), then on to Delaware.

Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted!
