Issues with Footnote viewer

For the past several weeks, I have been unable to see the documents with footnote's viewer and have been working with their support team in trying to resolve this issue. Last night I used my Firefox browser instead of Internet Explorer 8 browser and discovered I had no problem accessing the documents, annotating one and downloading several.

I don't use Firefox exclusively because I can't see the higher resolution census records at Ancestry.com with it. So....I need 2 browsers.

Has anyone else been haviing trouble with the viewer at footnote?
