Pierre Tourscher 1757 - Before 1808

I am searching for the family information for Pierre Tourscher who was born on September 20, 1757 in Bisten, Moselle, Lorraine, France and he passed away before 1808. Pierre married Anne Maurer on January 5, 1795 in Bisten, Moselle, Lorraine, France. I am also showing they married on January 1, 1795. They had three children, Peter Torscher born in 1795 in Porcelette, Moselle, Lorraine, France (also showing birth year as 1797), Johannes Torscher born in the year of 1801 and died in 1904, and Catherine Torscher born in 1803.
Pierre Tourscher's father was Jean Tourscher and his mother was Ann Grimmer.

If anyone can help with this family, it would be most appreciated

Have you tried writing to the mairie of Bisten? Here is the wikipedia article on the town, and includes some good parish information:

It is a tiny hamlet, and seems not to have a Mairie of its own. If you write to the mayor,

He will forward it to the correct Mairie and they will send you the documents you request. You need to include a self-addressed envelope and an international reply coupon.
