Hello. I am a Garland descendant like all the rest. I am applying for membership into the DAR/SAR for myself and family members. My lineage comes from William Gutridge Garland --> Samuel Gutridge Garland --> Rickles C Garland. I am looking for proofs that link these three together. A proof might be a death certificate, birth certificate or any type of published genealogy. Anyone who has any info on these three would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!

Lucy Ann Garland (1897-1976 my grandmother) <-- James Harvey Garland (1877-1918 - victim of the flu pandemic) <--Joseph Tally Garland (1842-1939) <-- Elisha Marsh Garland (1823-1899_ <-- Samuel Gutridge Garland (1795-1883) <-- William Gutridge Garland (1753-1848) <-- William J Garland (1705-1778) <-- John Garland (1666-1727) <-- Peter Garland (1630-1694). Everything past William Gutridge Garland is undocumented. I'd love to learn more about my line,, of course!

Looking for Mary Elizabeth Jamieson (Jimmerson), birn about 1819 died about 1903 who married Elisha Marsh Garland. Any informaton would be appreciated.
