Gavin Ancestry

As with any tree, the Gavin tree will have many branches. My own tree starts in Edinburgh and finishes in London (UK) but as the name is of Irish origin there will be links in that country. The provision of dates of births, deaths and marriage and places of events is necessary if information is to be requested concerning the Gavin ancestry. My own experience over several years has taught me that there is always someone else researching the same tree line and so has other pieces of the jigsaw.

Geneology Wise appears to more USA based and so will have different ancestry web sites possibly. My own preferred web site is Ancestry.co.uk which has a joining annual fee but is affordable and has lots of information, connection possibilities and access to all necessary records. Its one drawback is access to all Scottish records. These are found in the 'Scotlands People' web site and is more expensive  as you pay for credits which are used to access records rather than a one off annual fee. As a UK based researcher,
