Fantastic Terry, quilts like that turn into treasured family heirlooms. If I wasnt a ham-fisted male I would try something like that. I dont have the DIY gene either - if i tried putting a shelf up, the wall would fall down or the upstairs toilet would no longer flush ;)

My brother and his wife had their son 9 months ago. I worked about 3 months and created 2 quilts that had 5 generations of family pictures on them. One quilt was pictures of ancestors as babies and the other was wedding pictures. It created a lot of excitement at the baby shower. I know they will be treasured always.
