Hi, I am new here, but wanted to say hello, and let you all know, I have information on family as well, Unlands mainly, but do have some Murphy information, and a little on some Westerholds. Mainly, I have the Unland line. Thanks.

I am a native of Berkeley (suburb of St. Louis) until I moved to Farmington 31 years ago with my husband who is from Bellefontaine Neighbors.

We are researching and learning about the following families; Kleinberg, Dohrendorf, Perringer/Pirringer, Mahlin, Dickey, Politte, Gleb, Wagner, Cushing, Canter and any and all ancestors and descendants of them.

Would love to get and share information about any of these families!!

I am a native St, Louisian. Until 6 years old we lived in Overland then moved to Jennings where I lived until joining the Navy at 17.

I am a native of St Louis. I am a descendant of the Czech Jewish Block family, as well as many German families including Gaubatz, Baumann, Schibi, with interest in the Saugrain and von Phul families of early St Louis.

In case anyone is interested and was unaware of the new memorial marker in Calvary Cemetery honoring the early founders, you can see a photo of the monument (with close up of the names by clicking that photo), as well as the information I gathered on them at the following link.

I am looking for any information on Abraham Marcia, also known as Abram Marcia, who quite possibly was actually Abraham Mercier, born in Missouri 12 October 1828. Supposedly, he grew up in the St. Louis area, but I do not know this.

I have been compiling information on early St. Louis for several years now and am interested in sharing with others. My main subject in St. Louis is Joshua Pilcher, the fur trader who succeeded Manuel Lisa of the Missouri Fur Co. and William Clark as Superintendent of Indian Affairs.
