BOUFFIER/BUFFIER from Wiesbaden/BadKamberg/Neudorf Hessen Nassau to Australia
Hi all
I've just joined. My German interests are Buffiers/Bouffiers from Hessen Nassau in the 1840s. Heinrich Buffier (Bouffier in Australia) emigrated to Australia with his wife Catharine Webber and their son Johannes from Germany in 1849. I would be very happy to get any information about the family in Germany. I have plenty in Australia, the family had vineyards in Australia and exported wines back to Europe. Associated families are the METHs, SCHIPPS, ANSOULS.
