Joseph and Nancy (unknwn) Goings, Loudoun, County Virginia. Relocated after the 1810 census to Jefferson County, Virginia, which as of August 1863 West Virginia. Children so far: Lawson and Thomas. Lawson was born in 1807 in Loudoun County.
