Grant Family of North Carolina

Susan Grant was born ca 1779/80 (per 1860 census) in Rutherford Co, NC, probably in the Mountain Creek area (modern Green Hill Township). She married Eli Bowman. Their daughter, Sarah Bowman, is my connection; born 1790.

Susan is daughter of Clementine Grant, and like her siblings, born out of wedlock.
