Hawkins in Shropshire England

My great Great Grandmother Margaretta Watkiss married John William Hawkins at Lilleshall Shropshire in 1884. they had 3 children.

• Grace Hannah Mary Hawkins1884 – 1963    
• Edwin Leopold Hawkins1888 – 1965  
• John William Hawkins1891 – 

Margaretta had a daughter Fanny Maud before they married who may or may not have John William as the father. Fanny Maud is my Great Grandmother. Has anyone any info on whether John William is her father? I have only limited access to records as i am not in Britain. I've been told that UK residents have fairly easy access to their local archives.

I also am looking to connect with anyone who may be connected to the 3 children. I know that Grace moved to Canada but have little else to go on.
