I would be most interested in any information you might receive on the O'Dea family line as my son's grandmother's family is part of that family line. It should be noted that the O'Dea name is also synonymous for Day, Die, Dye, Dyer as family names were often slightly or greatly changed on a variation of the O'Dea name. There are some genealogical "maps" that list the family names in the counties where they originated from.
I would need to locate the website link but it will take some time. Making a to-do note to get it together for everyone's use. Best I can recall is that it is on one of the Irish Genealogy sites I managed to get access to. So hang tight for my reply on the link and I will have it to you all within a day or two. These maps helped me define the areas that I needed to look in for specific ancestors.
