My grandfather was Michael Sullivan’ and on his death certificate it states that he was born in St. John’s Newfoundland on February 15th, 1853. Name of father is Patrick Sullivan. Name of mother is Ann Nolan. Both Patrick Sullivan and Ann Nolan are shown as having Ireland as their birthplace. On Michael Sullivan’s marriage certificate to his second wife the occupation of his father, Patrick Sullivan, is sea captain.
Without middle names, this may be an impossible request, but it may have been County Cork in Ireland where Patrick was born. Any help with finding Patrick Sullivan and Ann Nolan would be appreciated.
