James B. Jackman and daughter Laura Jackman Gutman

I am interested in learning more about the James B. Jackman family. All the information I have at this point is that James was born in France about 1838, lived in Carey, Ohio in 1862, and in Bowling Green, Ohio, in 1870. His wife was named Mary Jane ?, and they had at least 5 children, Laura,, Mary E., Joseph, Edward, and Conor. James was a saddler by trade. Laura, his oldest child, was born 11 Feb 1862 and died 21 Dec 1908, married Alexander A. Gutman. Does anyone have more information on this family?
