JOHN JONES & JESSIE HAYES

I have a dilema I am hoping someone can help me with. I have found my husband's ancestor John Thomas JONES who was born Feb. 1880 in either Wales or England (records show both). He married Jessie HAYES probably Jul 1903 in Surry England. I found a notation for a marriage dated 19 Jul 1903 Christ Church Clapham, Surry, England.

I need to know if this record will provide any information on John or Jessie. I am DESPERATELY seeking the parents of John.
