Do you know who his parents were? What was his DOB?

I don't know if he was ever in Texas, he was living in Randolph County Alabama in the 1850 census, he died sometime in the 1850's.

Elaine, did your Hugh Kelley, by chance, ever come to Texas? It seems as if I know that name.

My 3 great's grandfather was Hezakiah William 'Hugh' Kelley born in South Carolina.
