My interest is mainly Kitney and Kidney families who trace their origin to Kent. The family was originally Kidney until some Ministers in the late 1700s and early 1800s recorded some names as Kitney

Hi, everyone. I'm probably the oddball in this group, as all my Kent connections are from the late medieval period (1300s to 1500s). So, if you have any medieval Kent ancestors, my surnames are BATE, BATES, MARTINE (MARTIN), WARD and CAULKINS.
