I have been searching high and low for the maiden name of my GGG Grandmother. Her name was Christie and she married Isaac Coleman in Hickman County, KY in 1831...they later moved to Montgomery and Bond Counties in IL...we have been looking for info on her for years...She was born in KY...would love any help!

Researching the WILLIAMSON, FERGUSON and BUCKLEY families of Scott and Anderson Counties. Also the ALKIRE families of Mercer and Bourbon Counties and Elijah TUCKER family in Lewis County.

I am looking for researchers in Wolfe county, Hazel Green - Surnames are: Brooks, Reed, Gillispie.

The Reed line I am researching were also in Letcher County.

My major line is Doan. They settled at Boyd's Station and Cynthiana, Kentucky in the 1840s, moving from Pendleton Co and previously from Rowan NC. Other surnames in this family include CLAYTON, PIGG, MARTIN, JONES and CRAWFORD.

I also have families that migrated to Missouri from Kentucky in the 1820s from Clark and Madison Counties. Surnames include STAN(D)LEY and PHILLIPS.

Heloo -- KY surnames are FORGEY and PACE. I decend from Jesse Pace b 1773 Surry, NC d 1820 Harlan Co. On the Forgey line my 3xs gr-grandfather was John A. Forgey b 1822 VA and died after 1877 (parents were Archibald Forgey and Eleanor Roller). I believe he traveled and died in KY. Sound familiar to anyone?

Don't know where to ask this but I have a distant relative, Seldon Kelly Bailey 1921-1996, b. Campton, KY, who was a WWII veteran. I found his military record but it doesn't state (stateside or overseas) where he served. Any way of finding this info without having to pay for the answer?

Hi Folks. About all my lines spent at least some time in Kentucky and I am in Northern Kentucky. My major lines would be Polley, Thacker, Morgan (of Campbell and Kenton County KY), Robinson (Campbell County KY and Cincinnati OH). Peacock (Campbell County KY and Cincinnati OH), Applegate (Richard born 1815 of Campbell county KY and Cincinnati OH), Caudill, Coyle, Robinson (family of Joshua ca 1819-1872 of Campbell County KY and Cincinnati OH). Any cousins here?

Hello there! I'm looking for Charles F. Sanders (b.1818 Germany) who married Marie Bertha Emery (b.1827 Switzerland) who lived most of their lives in Louisville, KY. Their oldest daughter Bertha Elizabeth Sanders married August Schuler in Louisville. Can anyone help me find Charles and Marie's parents and siblings? Or anything about them as they lived in Loiusville? Prior to living in Kentucky, they lived in Pittsburgh, Pa. Thank

Looking for an obituary for Rosa Blevins Mowery who was b 16 Sept 1896 and d 8 Sept 1927 in KY. She is buried at the Pleasant Vally Cemetery in Carter Co., KY beside her husband Edgar Mowery. Also looking for an obituary for Nancy A Wilson Blevins b 3 Aug 1879 and d 14 June 1957 in Rowan Co., KY. She is buried at Garvin Ridge Cemeatery beside her husband John William Blevins. Nancy and John are my husband's grandparents and Rosa was an aunt he never met.
