Attaching pictures with Picture Center

I am in the process of attaching pictures to multiple people using the Picture Center under the Tools Menu. After I attach to the first person, the caption and date do not show with the next attachment, just the photo. What am I missing/doing wrong? Thanks for any help!

What if my picture list does not show any pictures [it also shows in text "picture list:0"]. But on the "attached pictures tab, the image and caption shows?
