to-do list

How do you set up your to-do lists? What different categories do you have? I'm just curious. I'm a long-time Master Genealogist user, but printing issues with Vista 64 bit forced me to Legacy. I miss TMG horribly, but I'm finding I like the way Legacy handles the sources. And I really, really love the mapping!
