Maggie, would you mind expounding on this a bit? Where did you come by this knowledge? Are you referring to the Dutch Reformed church ( i.e., it's a religious belief) or the people of the Netherlands in general?

Ps. the Early Dutch people, later on the they change to hacving stones and caskets
