Need help in Blair County, PA

I am researching my wife's genealogy. I need some help in Blair County, PA. I would love to find the marriage certificate for Michael and Catherine Renyck (maybe Hrynik). They both arrived from Poland in 190x and by the 1920 census were married. Her maiden name may have been Kartofel. Marriage would have been either Altoona or Holidaysburg.

Also, would like to find out any information for Leo Hryn/Renyck. He is mentioned in the 1910 census in Altoona but cannot be found after that. He was Michael's son by a previous marriage.
