thst image looks to be in the 1920's or later. they wore , what we would a 3 piece suit today,back then they called them zuit suits ,like the gansters use to wear in the 1920's era

I also believe that the photo may have been taken in the 1920's, or possibly earlier. My parents, as well as aunts and uncles were married in the late 1920's (1928 & 1929). The dresses and poses were similar, however the dresses were shorter. I also wonder about the shoes on the flower girl. They appear to be earlier as well.

Thanks for your help. I have learned that the photo was taken in August, 1918. You guys are good!
