Texas Magee - Need Help!

Hello!

Trying to research my Great Grandfather John Herbert Magee.  His daughter Allie Catherine Magee is my grandmother.  His father, Charles R Magee is from Missouri.  That is pretty much a dead end for me at that point.  I have an Ancestry membership that has yielded minimal connection to any Magee line.

From family, I have information that John's first wife was Allie T Prude, a relative of the Prudes that own and operate the famous Prude Ranch in Fort Davis, texas.  She too has proved to be a dead end for me.
