Not sure I can help too much with where Vincent went AFTER being in Fall River, but I can provide information on his arrival from England and a little bit on his parents:

1930 US Census for Fall River, Bristol County, Massachusetts:
(on what appears to be Foot Street)

Allen, Joseph, head, m, w, 37, M-26, England, England, England, laborer - Butchers Residing
Allen, Lily, wife, f, w, 40, M-29, England, England, England, none
Allen, Vincent, son, m, w, 6, S, England, England, England, none
Looks like at least Lily and Vincent arrived in 1925, with perhaps Joseph earlier or later but in the 1920s.

The family arrived in Boston aboard the S.S. Samaria on 03-May-1925, Vincent was 6y 6m of age.
The ship departed from Liverpool. Shows last place of residence as Ashton-u-Lyne, England.
Arriving with him was his mother, Lily, aged 35, spinner by occupation.

Joseph was already in place, and was listed as their point of contact, residing at 186 Butler Street in Fall River.
Lily was 5'6" with fair complexion, brown hair and blue eyes. Both she and Vincent were also born in
Ashton-u-Lyne. Their immigration visas were issued on 02-Apr-1925 at Manchester (England), and were,
numbered 28574 (hers) and 28575 (his).

In UK BMD records, a Vincent Allen b. Dec-1923 (quarter) at Ashton, Lancashire.

Lily Constantine m. Joseph Allen Sep-1919 (quarter) at Ashton, Lancashire.

Lily was b. Jan-1889 (quarter) at Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire.

On Joseph Allen...father of Joseph above...

SUSPECT he was s/o Joseph Allen b. Ashton-u-Lyne @1870, and his wife, Mary Plant. They are found in Ashton Under Lyne in the 1901 census.
Mary b. @1872, also at Ashton-u-Lyne, was a daughter of Peter Plant, b. @1841, Ashton-u-Lyne. Besides Joseph and Mary's son, Joseph, b. @1894, were a daughter, Ellen Allen, b. @1898, and another son, Thomas H. Allen, b. @1900, all at Ashton-u-Lyne. Also, a younger sister of Mary's, Maria Plant, b. @1884.

BMD on Joseph looks like he was born in the June 1893 quarter at Ashton-Under-Lyne.

In 1901 census for Ashton, Lily seen listed with two "l"'s or "Lilly", She was the daughter of Mary, widowed b. @1866, Ashton.
Siblings included: Joseph, b. @1884, Henry, b. @1888, William b. @1893, and Robert b. @1896. Lilly the only daughter in the enumeration of 1901.
Mary, working as a card room or loom hand and eldest son, Joseph, working as a "scavenger in cotton mill".

Looking back to Ashton in 1891, find father was Samuel Constantine, b. @1859, Bedford Leigh, Lancashire, England.
Wife Mary then listing POB as Dukinfield, Cheshire, England, with same location for son Joseph.
Then, "Harry" (Henry) b. Ashton-u-Lyne, as were "Lilley" and her sister (who apparently died young), Annie, b. @1890.

Thank you Jared,

Not sure what else you can find, but I appreciate all your work.

I am trying to find out how far my cousin wants to take this.

You are impressive!

Feel free to contact me directly if/when you hear back from your cousin and there is a need for any deeper "digging".

Cheers,

Jared

Hi Jared,  I am not sure if my cousin is hoping to make contact with these relatives or just learn something.  They just don't want to put anyone out and make extra work.  So if you can find anything without causing a burden they would appreciate any information.

They just don't want this to cost you anything.

They are very appreciative of your time and research.

Thank you again.

Bob

Thank you Jared, now it is working forward from this.

Great research!
