I am looking for information on Frances Tucker born in Massachuettes married John Marshal zieglerl Lived in Nebraska Died in child birth at the age of 28. my Mother Helen Marshall born about 1815 1890 in nebraska. marguerite ziegler

Hi Donald,
Have you tried searching the U.S. City Directories collection on Ancestry.com? The easiest way to find it is as the "1940 Census Substitute." There are many towns with directories for many different years, and sometimes these directories will have entries indicating that a person died since the previous directory listing, so it may produce some results for you. Let us know if it does or doesn't help. If not, we may have more suggestions of where to look.

Yes she was in Mass, I think it may have been in Boston,that's really all I have at this moment, I've check in ancestry. com, but no luck there

We'd love to help you, but it would help us a lot in knowing how to answer if you'd explain what this has to do with Massachusetts. Was Elizabeth in a MA 1930 census? If so, which town?

Hi Everyone,
Trying to figure out to solve a mystery,my great grandfather was Thomas D. Mcgee born
in 1869 in New Brunswick Canada, died in 1912 and buried in Bradley Burial ground in Hartland, New Brunswick, what my dilema is that his wife Elizabeth G,( Brennan) McGee after the 1930's census just disappears off the face of the earth. I really don't no idea where to check next,any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope I can be of help to someone! :-) I should have noted that I don't personally have a car, so it's easiest for me to get to places that I can reach on foot or via public transit, but I will do my best to make it to other places as well (it will likely take me longer to do so though). The New England Historical and Genealogical Society is especially easy for me to reach, as are many of the cemeteries in the inner metro area, such as most of the ones in Cambridge, Boston, Arlington and Somerville.

Hi everyone, I am currently living in MA, but in my tree you have to go way, way back to find the biggest cluster of others who did - early 1600s, before they moved on to Rhode Island (Burdick, Cooper, Hubbard being three of the primary surnames). I love doing research here in Boston and especially visiting the old graveyards. If anyone would like me to try to find a grave for them or do some research for them, please let me know (in a message if you prefer) and I'll see what I can do to help.
