Cornelius Matthews

Cornelius Matthews, b. 1774 VA; d. 1849 Williamson Co., TN, is my brick wall. He married Lydia Andrews, d/o Mark and Winnefred Lyell Andrews, on 25 Feb 1797 in Richmond, Lunenburg Co., VA. I am descended through Cornelius' son Thomas E. Matthews who married Susan S. Gatlin on 4 Nov 1824 in Williamson Co., TN. I have lots on my Gatlin side and here's hoping someone can help me with the Matthews side.
