951. Pierce Lennon. Feb'y 28, 1642. 200 acres. Between two
creeks of Martin Brandon side near to the north of
Wards creek opposite against Wayonoak marsh.
(End of Book I.)
I would think you would need to find a will to determine his descendants.
I see a record on Ancestry.com for a Pierce Lennon with wife Rebecca, the date they have listed for arrival is the date of the land grant. The land office records are kept at the Virginia State Library.

Record of 20,000 very early immigrants, with much relevant information. Taken from Patent Books 1 through 5. Title page states, "In 5 volumes," but up to 1979 only three had appeared. See nos. 6221 and 6223 for second and third volumes, published in 1977

Many thanks for taking your time to look for my elusive possible ancestor. I found the W&MQ some time ago and have read many pages of it. My continuing effort has found no further trace of Pierce or Rebecca. I keep on digging.
It appears there were two instances of land grants to Pierce and his wife Rebecca in 1635 and in 1642, do you believe they arrived in 1635, returned to their native country then returned again in 1642?
