Spencer Family

I'm looking for information about my gr gr grandfather Nathaniel
Spencer, b. 1821 in KY, d.1864 in Phelps County MO. 43 years of age.

He married Esther Moon in Crawford county MO (now Phelps co) in 1846. They
had nine children: The fourth was my gr grandfather Jacob E.Spencer
b.1853 in Phelps Co. MO. (about whom I have much information)

The 1850 MO census shows Nathaniel as living in Rolla MO and states that he was born in KY in 1821.

I'm trying to find Nathaniels father who was from KY. And earlier information about my family.
