Have you researched the court records for MA?

Yes. My family descends from William Presbury (ca1663-1719?) and his wife, Priscilla Randall (1661/6-1773) [GDMNH, Torrey], who were first known of Saco in 1684 [Court Records]; they settled at Beverly ca1690 [VR (Presson/Preston)]. William's father was John Presbury ( -1679) [GDMNH], who was possibly the son of John Presbury of Sandwich, but the latter link is the subject of some controversy. Research continues.. --GJ
and what about land records?
Yes, I'm searching for the parents of John Jones, who was born about 1726 in Hebron, CT, and died 1 April 1821 in Hartford, CT. He married Amy Phelps 24 March 1747 in Hebron, CT, and they had 3 daughters and 5 sons. One possible set of parents are Ralph Jones and Thankful Jones who were cousins and descendants of Edward Fuller. I'm trying to locate sources for that time period. Other names in MA are Barlow, Haven, Marsh, Parmenter, Gillet, Harmon, Purchase, and Worthington, Howe, Goddard, Brigham, Bullard, Newton, Wilson, Morse, and Walker.
