Ruby, I have some of the following Rockingham County, NH/York Co., ME names in my family tree: Rollins, Sanborn, --- and I also have Wilkinson, Caverly, Abbott, Mead, Stilson, Odiorne, Nason, Weymouth, Hodson, Ham, Heard/Hurd, Thompson, Stacy, Batchelder, Foss, Berry, Page, Dearborn, Norton, Lane, Webster, Blake, Sleeper, Locke, Garland, Mace, and Frost. My ancestors wandered back and forth along the NH/ME border alot, all up the Piscataqua River. The cousins and siblings married some Sinklers, Wiggins and Roberts.
My late husband's great grandfather was Thomas Moore, b. 10 May 1847 in Stratham, Rockingham Co., NH. He was the son of Joel Taylor Moore and Adaline J. Corson. Joel and Adaline and family removed just prior to the Civil War to Logan Co., Illinois and afterwards to Nebraska.

Joel Taylor Moore was the son of Taylor Moore and Hannah Wiggin. He was born Feb 1819 in Stratham. Taylor Moore was the son of Thomas Moore (1735-1807) and Hannah Taylor. The parents of this Thomas Moore were Thomas Moore and Rachel Sinkler ... all from Stratham. I have the walking stick that belonged to Rachel's father, John Sinkler who married Anne Chase.
