Anabaptist roots. Looking for PA roots for Kniceley family

Have traced roots back to PA but with name changes and spelling differences am looking to verify some of the information and spellings.  Jakob Nussli, who arrived in 1717 to Manor Twp., is one of the relatives I have in the family tree.  Would like to find information on where exactly in PA he lived, went to church, what he did for a living, where he or any others in the family are buried.  Am even thinking of a trip to Lancaster, PA to see the area once I can narrow the location down.  Thanks for any help you can give.
