Rex family

I'd like to find out more about Rex descendants in NC of the man who founded the Rex Hospital in Raleigh in his will- John Rex, a migrant from Germantown, Philadelphia County, PA. I am related to them and Custer and Holder and possibly Quaker migrants from Eastern PA. The Custer & Holder individuals would have been Moravians.
