For anyone needing assistance in Anderson County, I can highly recommend going to the Palestine Library in their Special Collections Room. Also the Anderson County Court House County Clerk's Office. They were very helpful with me when I was there.

My Hollingsworth and Mason families were in Fannin and Grayson Counties after they migrated from Tennessee and Kentucky. My Gray, Willis, Ellisor, and Chaffin familes were in Anderson and Houston Counties after they migrated from Florida and Alabama..

My Anderson family was in Panola County when it was still Harrison County. My Bailey's then migrated to Panola County, then went on over to Van Zandt County.
