Every year on the third Sunday in August, the Jeremiah-Arthur PAGE family reunion is held. This year it will be this coming Sunday, August 16. It is open to any PAGE family members.

Invitation reads as follows:

Here’s 10 things you’ll only hear about at the PAGE reunion:

1. William Page’s are popping up everywhere. Just how many William Page’s are there?

2. Our memorial fund has grown. What’s the scoop with William & Lydia’s stone?

3. Robert McCulla was born in Canada. Where? We may soon know.
His parents were from Ireland. He died in Bridgeport, so where did his body go?

4. A cousin from Germany on my Hay side sent me e-mails, & then stopped before he’d begun. My Valentine was from a little village there named Gerhardsbrunn.

5. Our Page line has been traced to Abednego in Maryland.
Some say we are Irish, while most say we’re from England.

6. Ancestry is a site where I’ve been hesitant to pay the price.
I splurged, made some connections, & have given some advice.

7. Who is the oldest & youngest? We don’t know. The way to win a prize is for you to show.

8. If you are online, I suggest you join Facebook.
Abednego’s descendants have a group there. It’s our own little nook.

9. My hubby has a “Mayflower” ancestor in his tree. He has much more luck than me!

10. Bob Page is our president, our fearless leader.
If you want the position, all you have to do is be there!!

They’ve arrived by plane…by bus…by train…by car.
Reunion’s been held on different dates & places.
Navarre, Dennison, & Dover have seen our smiling faces.

They even played games & made a hospital trip.
The third Sunday in August is when it’s now held.
Home cooked food…how good it tastes & smells!
