I have things pretty definitive to Abednego, but from there, I am really lost. Most people say his parents were Jesse & Mary. Then, I've seen Jesse's line as: Bingley & James. Other people it as John, Axolheath, and so on. I may have to make a trip to Virginia to figure it all out!

I have heard that my Page family connects to the ones that lived in Williamsburg, but I haven't found the connection there yet either. From what I remember, the Page family there donated land for a church.

I believe I have seen the book you mentioned Linda. Is that the one where some of the Pages were governors & had a mansion in Virginia (Rose Hill, or something similar)? It's been a while since I've looked at it. That Page family also connects to Pocahontas! I can't make a connection to them as well. My family lived at the same time in another area of Virginia and then moved to Ohio.

The new news is that found a George Page in Lancaster Co. VA in 1600's This is the earliest I have seen a George Page. Perhaps I need to research in Lancaster for more Pages with Georges as sons.

I have the book, "Genealogy of the Page Family in Virgina" which give the immigrant Col. John Page as son of Francis Page of the Parish of Bedfont, Middlesex co. , Englalnd. He was a good friend of Thomas Jefferson. I just wish I could connect with this formidable family. My familar are in Fauquier Co. VA. Earliest date is 1822 with George Page.
