Charles Richter, 1842-1885. Any info

I am looking for my great-great grandfather, Charles Richter (a dentist) born 1842 in Germany and died 19 April 1885 while living with my great grandparents, James and Lizzie Reynolds at 915 McKean St (Ward 1) in Philadelphia, PA... all info found on his death certificate and the 1890 Philadelphia City Directory. I have been unable to out anything more on Ancestry.com, FamilySearch.com, or World Vital Records.

I have traced Lizzie through her divorce from James, her second marriage to William Hoehn, and her death certificate. She was born @1867 and died December 12, 1907 while living at 431 Wolf St, Philadelphia, PA with my great grandparents Charles and Elizabeth Reiss/Rice.

I will appreciate any help with Charles Richter.
