Huddlestons of early 1800's

Looking for information on a Huddleston family that lived in PA in the early 1800's and then moved to Cincinnati, OH.  I believe they lived near Pittsburgh, but I'm not sure.  I also believe they came from VA/WV, but am not sure about that also.  Two names I think I have are Thomas and Jacob.
