Phillips from Virginia, Georgia, Arkansas

I am looking for information on Iverson Leonard Brooks Phillips.  He was born in Troup County Georgia in 1831 and died in Fountain Hill Arkansas in 1894.  He had a sister Elizabeth Virgina Jane Phillips Owens Phillips also born in Troup County Georgia in 1834 and died in Fountain Hill Arkansas in 1907.  Eliza was first married to a Henry Owens and then married her first cousin, Matthew Augustine Phillips.

The 1880 Census states that their father was from Virginia and their mother was from Georgia.  I have not been able to confirm who their parents were.
