My 3x great-grandfather Hugh Polson was born 7 Aug 1803, Torrish, Kildonan, died 25 Jul 1870 Upper Lybster, Latheron, Caithness. Younger brother of Angus (1797), Isobel (1799) and John (abt 1792) and son of William Polson and Janet Polson, tenants in Torrish.
